Since we started Corner Man in January of this year, our gross has increased from $34,000 to consistently $40-45,000 monthly! Our active student count as grown from 220 to 280. We have added new systems for upgrades and intros as well as starting new training programs. Combat Fitness has been a hit. Meetings with Mr. Silva and his staff have been very instrumental in our growth.

I just wanted to give you an update and my sincere thanks for your role in helping me succeed. As you know my school opened on April 11, 2011, and I spoke to Mr. Silva on the phone and he told me I should be shooting for 150 students in 6 months. In my mind I was like, wow that's a tall order, I don't know if that's very realistic or not. Well, Oct. 11 will mark 6 months open and here are the results...
Last week active count 160
Sept Gross $21,332, with $10,200 collected by ASF and the rest in house
All I have done is follwed Mr. Silva's and UP's systems. I immediately implemented the BBE Program into my youth classes as well as Combat Fitness. I follow your marketing advice and ideas and do most if not all of them. I uitilize many of the avaialble ads, documents, training systems, and flyers found on the UP website and I take action when I like an idea. My school continues to grow quickly. I had did 22 intros in Sept and already have 7 booked for this week. I am so pleased with how things are going and wanted to let you guys know UP has been a great part of my success and to keep up the great work,

I wanted to share something with you both that I witness this weekend that I just can't seem to get off of my mind and it is something that all Cornerman Client's should hear about it.
In our school in Syracuse we have as part our Black Belt Test prerequisite a 2 mile run that's time requirement is based on the Presidential Fitness Challenge. As you know we have a big Black Belt Exam coming up in September and we had 2 two candidates that still had not been able to pass the run part of the test. Both of these individuals had tried on numerous occasions to qualify and just could not seem to make it happen.
Mr. Storm, who defines the phrase " champions don't give up" would not accept the fact that these two individuals were incapable of making the times, nor would he even consider lowering the standards of the test to suit them. So, that being said, he personally scheduled a run with each of these Candidates, one at 8:00am on Friday and one at 9:00am on Saturday. He met them both for their run and instead of standing there with a stop watch, he ran side by side each of them, Coaching them every step of the way and each of them crushed the required time on the run.
This stuck in my mind because: First, imagine this man (Mr. Storm) who spends day after day coaching school owners, recording daily videos, hosting webinars, etc. taking time out of his life to help two children achieve goals that they had set over 3 years ago. Secondly, it made me realize the core difference between United Professional's Cornerman Coaching and all of the other so called Consulting agencies. This type of never give up attitude and isn't just lip service. You and Mr. Storm treat your clients just like you do your students. You will get in and roll your sleeves up to help them get it done.
Our industry is flooded with so called consultants and consulting companies. New ones seem to pop up every week. They seem to startup almost as fast as they close down. The reason is so crystal clear to me now why. A real Coach is someone who has done it, still does it, and continues to do it. That is what Cornerman Coaching is made up of.
